By using WPStylo (the web app at app.wpstylo.dev and the website at wpstylo.dev), you agree to the following terms.
1. Service description
WPStylo is a free web application that allows users to configure a visual design system and export it in various formats (CSS, Elementor, theme.json, Tailwind). It is provided free of charge, without any warranty of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Use of the service
You may use WPStylo for personal and professional projects, including commercial projects. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or copy the WPStylo application code
- Use WPStylo to generate content that violates applicable laws
- Misrepresent WPStylo as your own product
3. Intellectual property
WPStylo and its source code are the property of YAOTW. The design system configurations you create belong entirely to you — we make no claim over content you generate with WPStylo.
4. Availability & liability
WPStylo is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees of uptime or continuous availability. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or damages resulting from the use of WPStylo.
Since the app stores data in your browser’s localStorage, clearing your browser data will delete your configurations. We strongly recommend exporting your configurations as JSON files regularly.
5. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue WPStylo at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms — the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest update.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
